No pressure. No rush. Whether you want to visit our Natick showroom, call to ask a question, or send a message in your own time, and the Starr family is here to help you every step of the way.
Choose What Works for You
Some families prefer to come in and see the showroom first. Others start with a phone call. Either way, we're ready.
Come See Us in Natick
Our showroom at 161 Pond St. in Natick is where families come to see granite, stone, and bronze options in person, and meet the craftsmen who will create their loved one's memorial. Walk through completed examples, ask every question you have, and take the time you need. There's no rush and no pressure.

What to Expect When You Come In
Many families come to us not knowing exactly what they want. That's perfectly okay. Here's what a typical visit looks like.
Walk in during business hours and someone will be there to greet you. We don't use a ticket system or put you in a queue; you'll speak with a real member of our team.
Photos of your loved one, ideas you've seen that you liked, notes on what mattered to them: bring whatever feels helpful. Or come with nothing. We'll guide you from wherever you are.
We don't rush consultations. Some families spend an hour with us on the first visit. Others come back two or three times before making a decision. That's completely fine with us.
Granite colors, stone textures, and bronze finishes look different in person than online. Our showroom lets you see and touch the actual materials before making any decisions.
About pricing, timelines, cemetery requirements, engraving options: there's no question too small. Our job is to make sure you leave with clarity and confidence, not confusion.
If you'd like, we can show you where the actual craftsmanship happens. All our engraving and fabrication is done on-site in Natick; you can see the quality of the work for yourself.
"I didn't know where to begin, and I was nervous about the whole process. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being helped by family, not sold to. They took all the time I needed, answered every question, and the memorial came out more beautiful than I could have imagined."Framingham, MA
